Ben Goodger of Edwards Wildman chaired a thought-provoking update on one of the most difficult issues in the whole of intellectual property: the issue of how to deal with the limits of copyright law in the face of a digital universe. Together Joren and Neil considered the challenges facing the system of copyright, and what copyright owners today should be doing to protect their rights.
